Congratulations are in order for Christian Guardino. The 16-year-old closed out last night’s episode of “America’s Got Talent” with a killer rendition of “Who’s Loving You.” It shocked Simon Cowell to speechlessness, and brought Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel to their feet.
But here's the thing - had fate taken a turn, he'd never have seen them standing. You see, he'd been blind for most of his life before an experimental treatment gave him back his sight.
When Howie asked Christian what he’d wish for in the moment, he said "to get the Golden Buzzer." Christian’s wish was Howie’s command. He gave the singer the buzzer, and the crowd went wild.
