Not only does the St. Louis Police Department throw the book of criminals, but they're really sassy while doing it. In case you missed it, authorities are on the hunt for a man whose robbed two Walgreens in the area, both times while wearing "jorts," or jean shorts. The cops ask citizens to call either them "or the fashion police" because his "disregard for the law is as offensive as his disregard for fashion trends." Source: St. Louis Police
