Walmart May Go Up Against Netflix And Amazon With Streaming Service - Walmart might be getting into the video-streaming business.
A report out Monday said Walmart is considering the launch of a subscription-based video-streaming service to compete with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Walmart would apparently charge less than eight dollars for the service, making it cheaper than both Netflix and Prime.
We’re talking a free, ad supported only service. Of course that’s one option. The retail giant just teamed with Microsoft to boost its digital presence and the software leader could very well partner in this effort too.
The retailer reportedly believes a cheaper service would be popular with Walmart customers in middle America. Walmart has yet to comment. It’s a wait and see…Source: Engadget
Beauty Sleep Is Real, Study Says
Turns out there really is such a thing as beauty sleep. And apparently, there’s a specific time we should be heading to bed and waking up in order to look our most attractive.
Bed brand Sealy UK conducted a study to learn more about our sleeping habits and find out if there’s actually a link between a good night’s sleep and an improved appearance.
Interestingly, it seems as though there is.
People who got an average of 9 hours and 10 minutes of good quality sleep each night were most likely to report positive benefits to their looks.
The research also revealed that we should be aiming to nod off at 9:45 p.m. and arise at 6:55 a.m.
Neil Robinson – an expert on sleep at Sealy UK – tells Her.ie: “Many of us strive to look and feel good and spend a large amount of money trying to do so.
“However, we seem to forget that achieving a better night’s sleep can positively impact our overall appearance.
“With this in mind, it’s important to consider the quality of sleep you are getting and doing everything possible to create an environment which makes quality sleep more likely.
“This could include investing in a comfortable and supportive bed, creating a calm and quiet sleeping environment, or implementing a regular pre-sleep routine.”

The premise of the show is simple; three contestants go head-to-head answering brain teasers. The eventual winner gets up to 100-percent of their student debt paid off. Source: NBC News
12 New Moons Are Discovered Circling Jupiter And One Is “A Weirdo” How did everyone miss twelve new moons circling around our solar system’s largest planet?
The International Astronomical Union has confirmed 12 new moons circling the Jupiter. That brings the total up to 79. The new moons are smaller than Jupiter's main ones, and are in a farther orbit.
Most of the newly discovered moons orbit in the opposite direction of the rotation of the planet. Some of them have orbits that intersect, which means they could eventually collide. The smallest is orbiting with a batch that circle the opposite way around Jupiter and takes one a half years to complete its orbit.
The discovery was made as scientists were looking for Planet Nine past Pluto, which was downgraded from the ninth position. No word if they found it. It looks like they got distracted.Source: Space
