Woman Holds Plank Position for Record 4 Hours, 20 Minutes
A Montreal fitness enthusiast attending an Illinois event broke a Guinness World Record by holding the plank post for 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Glowacka said she started training for the record in 2016 and her first attempt at a plank ended after only 4 minutes.
Chinese man Mao Weidong earned the record for planking in the male category in 2016 when he held the position for 8 hours, 1 minute.

"Burn Out" Is Now Officially Recognized as a Disease. Took Long Enough!

And the three symptoms are:
- Exhaustion
- Feeling negative, cynical, or detached from your job
- and less efficiency and effectiveness at work.
Woman Puts Her Boyfriend's Dog Down Without Telling Him
A woman was faced with a tough choice and decided to ask on the subreddit “AmITheA____” if she was in the wrong. The anonymous poster shared that she was walking her live-in boyfriend’s dog, Luna, was attacked by another dog. The result was gruesome and rushed it to the vet.
Sadly, the injuries were too great and the vet said the Great Dane named Luna had to be put down. She opted not to tell her boyfriend immediately because he was a way on a trip. The reasoning? He would be heartbroken and it would ruin his trip. She chose to get Luna cremated, got an engraved urn and even made a ceramic paw print of the dog.
She picked her boyfriend up from the airport and told him. After stonewalling for a while, he then asked her to move out. There are two sides:
- Commenters on the subreddit it decided the woman had good intentions, but the majority of people noted she made decisions for a dog that was not hers, and that robbed Luna’s pet parent of that part of the grieving process. Over five thousand people were posted before the comment section was shut down.
- While she did have supporters, almost universally, it was agreed she should have called her boyfriend no matter what.

Startup Sells The Perfect Little Black Dress In 99 Sizes
For years the fashion industry has handled sizing in the same way. A brand creates a pattern based on a fit model and then size up or down an inch to make smaller or larger sizes. Then they create less than a dozen sizes and hope women will pick the one that comes closest to fitting them.
Great for women who have the same proportions as the fit model, but most women don’t. Now more brands are becoming more size inclusive by extending their size range, some as broad as 00 to 40, but one new fashion label is taking sizing to a whole new level by offering 99 micro sizes to fit more bodies well.
A startup calledLaws of Motionjust launched and they’re overhauling traditional clothing sizing by offering a single garment - a sheath dress - in a range of 99 sizes that take into account variations in body shapes, including bust and waist measurements. The dress comes in just three colors: black, red, and navy, and it sells for $195. And they’re focusing on that one dress and perfecting fit before they make more clothes.
- To start the process, customers answer questions on Laws of Motions’ site, which include info about height, weight, age, ethnicity, bra and jean size. Then it creates the perfect size for you based on that info and once the dress is ordered, the fabric is cut by laser and sewn in 10 minutes by machine and shipped to the customer in days. There’s no unsold inventory, so there’s less waste, which makes this practically custom-fit dress company better for the planet, too.

Resident Baffled When Intruder Cleans Home, Takes Nothing
A Massachusetts man said he arrived at his family's home to find someone had broken in and given the residence a deep cleaning without stealing anything.
Nate Roman said he returned to his Marlborough home last week with his 5-year-old son and the boy was the first to notice the back door was open.
"It was terrifying to know someone was in your house," Roman told WCVB-TV.
The homeowner said he was shocked to go inside and discover nothing had been taken, but instead the house had been cleaned.
"You could smell the cleaning chemicals," he told WBZ-TV. "I could tell something was wrong so I started looking around the house, and I found that my bathrooms had been cleaned."
Roman said every room had been cleaned -- except for the kitchen.
Marlborough Police said they are taking the investigation seriously, but they currently have no leads or suspects.
Roman said a clue left behind -- toilet paper folded into origami roses -- lead him to suspect a professional cleaning service had visited the wrong address.
