Massachusetts town gives up on replacing constantly stolen Old Town Road sign

When you hear "Old Town Road," you most likely think about musicianLil' Nas X's historicBillboardchart-topping song.ย However, inย Wellesley, MA, it's an actual street that's paying the price of fame.

Town officials say they're giving up on replacing the town's Old Town Road street sign because it'sย constantly being stolen -- three times so far, with a replacement cost each time of over $300.ย ย 

The town government confirmed on itswebsite, "Currently the street sign posts are empty. The Department of Public Works is waiting for the song's popularity to fade before replacing the signs again."

Lil' Nas X andย Billy Ray Cyrus' mega-hit "Old Town Road" has dominated theBillboardHot 100 singles chart for a whopping 18 weeks, making it the longest-running number-one song in history.

Travel Website Is Looking For A โ€œCanine Criticโ€

More and more hotels are welcoming dogs into their establishments, but how do you know which hotel is best for your pooch? Well, Hotels.com hopes to make things easier by testing out dog-friendly hotels with the use of a โ€œcanine critic.โ€ย 

The website is looking to hire a dog and their owner to embark on a journey reviewing 10 of the worldโ€™s most dog-friendly hotels. The only requirements necessary for the doggie critic is that they are, in fact, a dog, and they like to travel the world.ย 

Those interested have until August 25thto apply. They can do so by following thewebsiteโ€™s Instagram page,and posting a picture of their poochย tagging @hotelsdotcom and using #CanineCritic.Check out a video for the promotion to the right.

Olive Garden Offers Lifetime Pasta Pass For The First Time

Carb lovers take note, the Olive Gardenโ€™s Never Ending Pasta Pass is about to return and this time theyโ€™re taking things to a whole new level. The Italian restaurant chain has announced a new edition to the offer: a Lifetime Pasta Pass.

While regular Pasta Pass holders will get to enjoy unlimited bowls of noodles for nine weeks from September 23rd to November 24th for $100, the first 50 fans to complete their online transaction can โ€œopt-inโ€ and upgrade to the lifetime version for an additional $400. But the passes are only available for 30 minutes - or until sold out - starting at 2pm ET on Thursday (August 15th).

Last year? The 24,000 pasta passessold out in less than a minute, so expect them to go quick. Olive Garden suggests visiting thewebsiteearly to join the online waiting room starting at 1:55pm ET.

If you do snag one of the 50 lifetime pasta passes for $500, Olive Garden says that on average, itโ€™ll pay off by the time you finish your 45th bowl of fettuccine, angel hair, or rigatoni.

The scientists said: "Both humans and animals could profit from this treatment. Allergic cat owners would reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases, such as asthma.

Dunkinโ€™s Bringing Pumpkin Spice Season Early With New Fall Menu

Weโ€™re still sweating the summer out, but Dunkinโ€™ has announced itโ€™s kicking off pumpkin spice season earlier than normal this year. On August 21st, locations across the country will be serving up their new fall lineup, which features both new and returning goodies.

Making a comeback this year are:

  • Pumpkin Flavored Coffees, Cold Brew, and espresso drinks.
  • Pumpkin Donut, Pumpkin Muffin, and Pumpkin Munchkin donut holes

And new to Dunkin this fall:

  • Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Signature Latte- This espresso drink is made with pumpkin and cinnamon flavors, topped with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar topping, and its available iced or hot.
  • Apple Cider Donut and Munchkins- Nothing says fall like an apple cider cake donut tossed in cinnamon sugar.

And if you donโ€™t want to wait a week for pumpkin to return, Dunkinโ€™ is bringing it early to a few select locations. Tomorrow (Wednesday, August 14th), Dunkinโ€™ is rebranding eight of their restaurants to Pumpkinโ€™ and theyโ€™re giving away free small hot or iced Pumpkin Flavored coffee to the first 250 customers. Lucky early birds will also get a free pumpkin-scented Munchkins lip balm. Theyโ€™re not telling is where these locations will be, but theyโ€™re offering a hint: the initial letters of the seven cities included spell out the word P-U-M-P-K-I-N-โ€™. And more clues will be shared on theirInstagram page @Dunkin.
