Company Will Send You To Space In A Balloon For $125K: If you ever wanted to travelto the edge of space but aren't into the whole rocket thing, you’re in luck! A new startup called Space Perspective wants to take your money and send you toward the stars in a big ole’ balloon. Designed to be an alternative to the fledgling rocket-based space tourism industry, the company’s “Spaceship Neptune” capsules will be packed with paying customers and then carried aloft to a height of approximately 100,000 feet. It seems that space tourism is an industry on the rise. According to the company, the trip to space (well, technically the edge of space), will be relatively brief. Two hours will be spent ascending to the intended altitude and then another two hours will be spent returning to Earth. The cost of this ride, $125,000.

Did You Know That There Are Only 3 Body Parts You Have To Clean Everyday?

According to one doctor, you really only need to wash three parts of your body with soap: your armpits, groin, and feet. The rest of you? A simple rinse with water is all you need. Dr. Sandy Skotnicki, assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Toronto, recently told The Atlantic that scrubbing your body head to toe with soap and water can lead to problems like eczema and other skin conditions. Instead, she says to just focus on your "bits," which "would be your underarms, groin, and feet."

  • What is your shower routine? Which body parts do you start with first and is it always the same routine?

Pretty Much Nobody Wants To Name Their Baby Karen Anymore

These days the name “Karen” is associated with privileged and demanding (sometimes racist), middle-aged white women, so it’s no wonder the name is falling out of favor with moms across America. In fact, it’s unlikely you’ll hear many babies with that name for the next several years.

According to Babynames.com, over the past decade there as been a 75% decrease in folks giving their kids the name Karen. Plus, they say in the past year, absolutely none of their users have put Karen on their favorite names list.

Of course, while they may not be naming their babies Karen, people are pretty interested in the name. The site says searches for the meaning behind the name has increased 10-fold, but not exactly for great reasons.

Thanks to the negative connotations associated with the name, folks are running away fast, but Karen was once pretty popular. In fact, between 1938 and 1968 it was one of the more popular names, but now it’s basically toxic.
