The World's Most Expensive PB&J - $350!

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are no doubt a staple of most childhoods. The simple, yet tasty ingredients blend together perfectly for a satisfying and typically inexpensive meal. That is until now.

A Chicago restaurant has introduced the world's most expensive PB&J that will set diners back about $350 bucks.

The eatery, which is located in the West Loop, is called PB&J but its acronym has nothing to do with the sandwich. The name actually stands for Pizza, Beer & Jukebox but that didn't stop the owners from making the elementary school staple the star of themenu.

The PB&J sandwich is called the Golden Goose and is made from an array of ingredients sourced from all over the globe. The dish, which must be ordered a day in advance, is made with bread that has gold leaves baked into it and is drizzled with New Zealand's rare Manuka honey. In-between the sliced golden bread is the world's most expensive jelly, Maison Dutriez’s red currant jam. As for the peanut butter, they kept it simple with Adams all natural peanut butter.

Although the sandwich comes with a hefty price tag, the good news is that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity. And, for those looking for something more affordable, the restaurant does offer PB&J in its classic state -- wonder bread, creamy peanut butter and grape jelly -- for $5.

Do You Think It’s Hard To Do Absolutely Nothing?

A university in Germany is giving out free money for being lazy. The University of Fine Arts in Hamburg said it’s going to give three people $1,900 “idleness grants.” The “grant for doing nothing” will be for “active inactivity” as the project studies lack of ambition for research for an exhibition next year on sustainability called The School of Inconsequentiality: Towards A Better Life. “Doing nothing isn’t very easy,” Friedrich von Borries, the architect and design theorist who designed the program, told The Guardian. “We want to focus on active inactivity.

  • Could you literally do nothing for a week or would it drive you crazy? How much would you want to sit still for a week and do nothing?

What It Really Means When You’re Craving Ramen

Everyone – not just pregnant women – has food cravings. It could be milkshakes, oysters, or in some cases a steaming bowl of noodles in a rich, savory broth—aka RAMEN! Here’s the thing – while the ramen that got us through college is cheap and tasty...it’s also got LOTS of sodium.

If you’re craving that rich ramen flavor, your body may be telling you something: your body is craving what you’re missing (hint: sodium). In other words, if you’re craving salt... your body could be trying to replenish what you’ve burned off through stress, lack of sleep – or a good workout.

But if you did want to buy a haunted home there is a service to help owners of “haunted homes” cleanses their property. For the first time you can now hire a home exorcist to get rid of bad vibes, ghosts, and demons.

ISoldMyHouse.com is partnering to offer a home exorcism service, which is free. The website explains how it all works:

We’ve partnered with an exorcist to offer a ‘home exorcism’ service that will ensure your property is empty of any apparitions and suitable for the 61% of Americans who would rather not buy a haunted house (approximately 202,024,401 people!)."

The free service will be facilitated initially by a remote video call between the homeowner and our exorcist, who will be able to diagnose the issue (if there is one) and offer advice on how to deal with any paranormal activity.
