iPhone repairman shocked to find secret note and money inside device
An iPhone repairman found himself in quite the awkward situation after getting a visit from a customer and his wife.
In a now viral video, a repairman,Maniwarda, explained that the couple requested that he fix the husband's broken iPhone. However, when he opened up the device in an attempt to repair it he came across a note and $100.
The note read, "Please tell my wife the phone is unfixable. She want to check the call history. $100 is yours, thanks."
Maniwarda ended the clip asking his followers what he should do and shared his decision in a following video.
In the following clip, the repairman revealed that the wife came back to the repair shop alone and earlier than when he had said that the phone would be ready. So, what did he do? He decided to tell her the truth.
He informed the woman that he did not fix the phone, gave her the note and money, and added, "I don't want nothing to do with it, I don't want you guys to get me involved in this."
The woman then offered $200 to fix the device and Maniwarda responded, "I'll fix it for you, but I don't want nothing to do with it."
Later the husbandcame to get the phoneand became furious when he found out his wife got there first.
Off-camera, he can be heard saying, "That's why I left the note in there. I know you, she don't know you. I gave you the money," before throwing a plastic shield at the repairman.
Maniwarda later defended his decision to critics, revealed that the woman was crying.
"I was raised by a woman! Raised to be respectful and honest!" he wrote. "One more thing, boy code is for kids!"
