Black Insomnia May Be The Strongest Coffee In The World-If you want some serious caffeine, look no farther than this java loaded with 702 milligrams of the energy booster.
Black Insomnia coffee is apparently the most potent brew in the world thanks to that amazing amount of caffeine. And it’s available here for the first time. To compare, the South African coffee blows away the Tall Starbucks Pike Place, which has about 230 milligrams in it.
To make their claim of being the strongest coffee a fact, the company sent bags of its coffee to a Swiss-based laboratory. Samples were then tested and Black Insomnia was the strongest of those reviewed with 17.5 grams of caffeine per kilogram of coffee.
The company is hoping no coffee maker will “attempt to surpass this content.. in the interest of public health and safety.”
Before you grab a bag, remember that it can be a dangerously high caffeine level, so if you have a medical condition, think twice. Otherwise, enjoy the insomnia!Source: Fox News

15 Signs You Shouldn’t Move In Together
THINGS HAVE SUDDENLY TAKEN A MAJOR DOWNTURN IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP, AND YOU’RE FIGHTING ALMOST EVERY DAY. Moving in together will not make things better. In fact, it just means that you’ll be stuck in close quarters with someone who you might actually break up with sooner rather than later. If you’ve been on the rocks, hold off on moving in until things improve.HE’S GOTTEN VIOLENT, EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE, OR CONTROLLING. ABORT MISSION! DANGER, WILL ROBINSON! Never, ever move in with a guy who has begun to hurt you mentally, emotionally, or physically. This will only end in trouble for you, and it may even permanently change your life for the worse in some cases.YOU’RE REALLY NOT FINANCIALLY STABLE ENOUGH. If you’re not financially ready to move out, you’re not ready. It’s just that simple. Moving out before it’s the right time will end up with you feeling anxious about money at best, and may result in an eviction later on at worst. Either way, it’s best not to risk it.HE’S NOT FINANCIALLY STABLE ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT. Unless you can pay for the both of you and are perfectly OK doing so, you shouldn’t play sugar mama to this man of yours. The reason he wants to move in might be because he’s using you for cash.ONE OR BOTH OF YOU HAVE A LOT OF GROWING UP TO DO. If he’s the type of person who can’t control his spending, or if you’re the type of person who will begin destroying items if you don’t get your way, it’s best to do some maturing before you actually decide to move in. Being on your own and having stability requires maturity of the emotional and financial kind. IN ALL HONESTY, YOU REALLY DON’T SEE THE RELATIONSHIP PROGRESSING TO MARRIAGE. Why would you move in with a boyfriend if you’re not going to marry him? Moving in with a guy that you’re basically in a dead-end relationship with just doesn’t make sense in the long run.YOU REALLY GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO CLEAN HOUSE BEFORE HE ARRIVES. He may feel you’re more Martha Stewart than you really are in this case, and it may mean that he’ll be underwhelmed if you move in together. If he’s a neat freak and you’re a slob or vice versa, it probably won’t work out.YOU DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE BEING YOURSELF AROUND HIM. Are you more comfortable being chill with your favorite bartender than you are around him? Do you constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells to please him? If so, you might want to remember that he will see you at your best, worst, and grossest if you two move in together.YOUR LIFE GOALS ARE AS SIMILAR AS BLACK AND WHITE. You can’t compromise on your life goals. If you want marriage and he doesn’t, moving in will not make it happen. If you want kids and he doesn’t, moving in will not force him to compromise. If you want to move to London and he’s a Beijing guy, moving in together will not solve this issue. Basically, if you move in together, you absolutely need to have a similar game plan in mind. Otherwise, it’ll just be a daily power struggle and a lot of pent-up resentment.YOUR GUT IS BEGGING YOU TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE. You need to listen to your instincts when it comes to major life decisions. More often than not, when you feel like your entire body is trying to tell you something is wrong, something really is amiss. If you don’t feel comfortable with the idea, don’t do it.YOU GET THE FEELING THAT YOU’RE BASICALLY TRYING TO CONVINCE OTHER PEOPLE HOW HAPPY YOU BOTH ARE TOGETHER. When people ask you why you’re moving in together, do you feel like you have to justify it, or is it more of you just clarifying your stance on it? The motives behind moving together should make sense, and should actually be because you two love each other and feel like your life goals are in line. If you feel like you’re going through this milestone just to prove that you love each other, it may be time to take a step back and re-evaluate things.HE’S PUTTING A LOT OF PRESSURE ON YOU TO MOVE, DESPITE YOU SAYING THAT YOU DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH IT. This might suggest that there are ulterior motives in the mix, though some of those reasons may actually be very valid. What’s more worrying is that it also suggests that he’s not listening to you when you put down boundaries. Both of these issues need to be addressed before you two decide to pack up and rent a house.THE REASON YOU’RE MOVING IN WITH HIM IS TO GET HIM TO STOP BRINGING UP MARRIAGE. Moving in together will not make your partner want to stop bugging you about marriage. If anything, he’ll take it as a sign that you *do* want to marry him in the future. This will mess with his head. Moving in together to avoid marriage talks is just plain cruel to the one who’s hoping you’ll tie the knot one day.IT FEELS TOO SOON. Everyone has a different timeline of when they want to cross a certain bridge in life. If you feel it’s too soon for you, it may not be the best time.YOU’RE DOING IT TO FIX PROBLEMS IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. In past articles, we’ve discussed why having a baby will not fix your bad relationship. The truth is that offering a deeper level of commitment will not fix problems in a relationship, unless the problem itself is that you won’t commit. If you’re using moving in as a band-aid for other unrelated problems, then it’s a move you will be bound to regret.

Taking a Hot Bath May Burn as Many Calories as a Run, Researchers Say
Dr. Steve Faulkner, a researcher at Loughborough University, says bathing may have similar benefits to exercising, including helping to prevent type 2 diabetes.
He explained to The Conversation that, though a hot bath has always been relaxing, it's only recently that science has begun to discover how "passive heating" can improve health.
Dr. Faulkner and his team have investigated the effect of a hot bath on blood sugar control and the number of calories burned. The study involved 14 people each enjoying an hour-long soak in a bath run at 104 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as heading out on a hour-long bike ride.
The two tests were designed to raise core body temperature by just one degree so that the team could measure how many calories were burned in each session.
Though biking did burn more calories, they found that a hot bath used up as many calories as a 30-minute walk.
"The overall blood sugar response to both conditions was similar, but peak blood sugar after eating was about 10% lower when participants took a hot bath compared with when they exercised," Dr. Faulkner reports.
Twitter’s Newest Function Will Help You Avoid Spoilers
Don’t you just hate it when you’re forced to wait a day to watch your favorite show only to have someone ruin it with a spoiler on Twitter. Well, those days may now be over.
Twitter just launched a new mute feature, which allows users to block certain words, phrases and hashtags from their notifications tab, push notifications, SMS, email notifications, Home timeline, and from replies to Tweets. What’s more, it also allows users to set a specific time frame that will note how long they want such words and phrases purged.
There is one thing to watch out for. While the muting function will block those words from your timeline, should you do any searches you’ll still see those tweets.
And of course, you can still mute certain accounts, should they say be live-tweeting a show, so if you missed "Scandal" on Thursday night you won't have to stay off Twitter until you watch it.

Wearing Makeup To The Gym Is The Latest Craze
I don’t know about you, but when I head to the gym the last thing I worry about is how I look, and I certainly won’t waste any time putting on a full face of makeup. But it turns out, more and more women, especially in New York, won’t head to that elliptical without first taking the time to apply their concealer, mascara and more.
With more people going to boutique fitness studios and shelling out big bucks for athleisure clothing, looking good at the gym is more important than ever. And folks’ obsession with taking selfies of themselves in the gym is adding to the craze of women making sure they aren’t caught without their makeup for that picture moment.
Not surprising, the popularity of gals wearing makeup to the gym has many cosmetics companies trying to corner the market on athleisure makeup, products that are designed to stay perfect even while you sweat and that prevent breakouts from clogged pores.
Just a few of the companies getting into workout makeup business include Birchbox, which offers a a sweat-proof mascara, a cooling cheek tint, and more; Sweat Cosmetics, which was founded by female soccer players and has a foundation with SPF that they promise doesn’t clog pores, and MAC, which has its very own workout collection containing lip and eye colors, although they say it isn’t made for workouts, rather inspired by the workout craze.

Court Rules The Letter J Can't Be A Name
A Swiss court has stepped in and prevented a baby from getting an unusual moniker. A couple in Zurich wanted to give their new bundle of joy the name "J." As in, JUST the letter J.
According to the couple, they were honoring their daughter's great-grandparents Johanna and Josef with the initial as one of her middle names. The court wasn't buying it.
The ruling found that name is not in the "best interest" of the child because the pronunciation would vary based on the language of the speaker, adding to the confusion. Plus, people would have the instinct to put a period after the letter despite it not being an abbreviation for anything. No word on what the couple's back up choice is.
