Ever hear of the dating app “NeatClub?” Creators claim that aside from connecting you with people, it’ll verify that your matches have been checked for STDs and STIs by one of their lab-testing partners.
The app founder, Ashka Shah, claims the idea behind the app is to make people feel more comfortable about coming forward about their STD and STI status. After all, there are close to 20-million new STI cases reported annually according to Shah. It keeps people safer when considering gettin’ in the sack with your matches, right?!
Shah thinks the greatest benefit of this app is keeping people in the know about their sexual health. But it also seems like a great way to encourage knowing about what the deal is downstairs before you decide to get a little dirty.
