When Erica Davidovich went into labor, she said a prayer asking for a fast delivery and healthy baby. Boy did God hear her prayers. Her husband, Niv, called an Uber and a half a mile into their trip to the hospital, her son made his debut.
Erica and Niv are already parents to three girls and mom says her labors normally last between six and 12 hours. Not this time around. Uber driver Raymond Telles had to pull into a Whole Foods on in Sherman Oaks, California because the baby was waiting for the hospital."I didn't push. Nothing happened," Erica remembers. "Somehow, the gravity, the baby just slid out. My incredible husband caught the baby."
Both mom and baby are doing well. The family reunited with their driver and Telles gave the little guy a gift: an Uber onesie.
