A new, free dating app is being called Tinder for teens and it's raising some eyebrows.
Yellow is targeted at teenagers from 13-to-17-years-old and already has over a million downloads. All that's required to create an account on Yellow is a name, birthday and a clear photo of the user's face. Teenagers can then start swiping left or right depending on if they like the picture, and Yellow then connects them through other social media apps.
Some parents are concerned about Yellow because the age of the user isn't verified. Parents also bring up the point that the kids aren’t even at the legal age of consent. Source: ABC 12 Flint
