Brian Northrup wanted to make a point. He says that when it comes to losing weight, a healthy diet isn’t the be-all-end-all. To make that point, he’s downing an entire Domino’s pizza every single freaking day…and has managed to keep toned and at a healthy weight.
He’s been doing this with frequent visits to his doc to make sure his cholesterol and sodium are in check. Here’s the catch, though. Along with the pizza, he’s doing 20-30 minutes of cardio each day, and 3-4 times a week he’s doing full body weight workouts, which take 2-3 hours per session. So, yeah, it looks like it can be done…but….
