The Minneapolis Park Board will decide today on repealing its no topless ordinance.
If the board repeals the ordinance, women would be allowed to bare all above the waist in Minneapolis parks. Toplessness regardless of gender is allowed everywhere else in the city.
Of course some people point out that parks are full of kids and no one should go topless. The first of three votes on the policy is today.
