Five-Year-Old Accepted Into Mensa

Every parent is proud of their child, but when a child identified only as Krish started answering questions with “yes” and “no” when he was nine months old, his parents knew he was special. The parents say he could speak fluently by the time he was a year and a half old and began to memorize all of the state capitals when he was just three.

Mensa, the world’s largest and oldest high IG society in the world, doesn’t administer tests to anyone under the age of 14, so Krish’s parents took him to a clinical psychologist, who said his IQ was above 145, which qualified him for membership. When asked what he wants to be when he grows up, Krish said “a garbage truck driver and Captain America.”
